She had gotten too close to an explosion while pushing Eggsy out of the way. In a split second she was thrown across a building and knocked unconscious. It was only because of Eggsy that she got out at all. Out and immediately into hospital.
It was Merlin who alerted Mycroft, just a single message with the name of the hospital and 'Lancelot'.
